Belt Conveyer Description:

This series belt conveyor series has a feature of large capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, standardized components. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy industry to transport both of bulk materials and end products.

According to different technology it can be used in single, multiple or combined with other equipment to form horizontal or incline transportation system to satisfy different production line arrangement needs. It works with environment temperature range -20-+40°C, material temperature below 50°C.

1 Pulley assly, idlers, external and internal scrapper, skirt board with liner and sealing, gear box, couplings, take-up with frame and sheaves, fasteners, technological structures comprising head frame, tail frame, drive base frame, bend frame, brakes, interconnecting chute, stringer and short post, deck plate, rail for tripper car, rail clamps, rail cleaners, winch & hoist.

Electrical :

2 Pull chord switches, belt sway switch, zero speed switch, motors, cable reeling drum (without cable) for tripper car, limit & position switches, control panel for CRD.
